Job Description:

We are BEAR, an ambitious young company dedicated to improving snacking habits with pure fruit snacks that are healthy and tasty. We started with fruit yoyos and expanded into various other snack products, now sold across UK supermarkets and stores. We are expanding internationally and are a team of 38, working closely with Lotus Bakeries since 2021.

As part of the Sales team, working with the Senior National Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Agreeing and delivering business and promotional plans with key customers across channels.
2. Managing P&L of assigned accounts to meet sales, volume, and profit targets.
3. Building relationships with customer contacts including buying, supply, trade planners, and shopper marketing.
4. Handling daily tasks like new line setup, EPOS & invoice tracking using retailer systems.
5. Collaborating with supply and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasts for launches and promotions.
6. Developing engaging sell-in stories for new products and distribution opportunities with the category team.
7. Creating impactful displays and online features with shopper marketing teams.
8. Visiting stores regularly to ensure activity execution and monitor trends.
9. Supporting the sales team with weekly reports and key documents.

This role involves taking ownership of key discounters and high street accounts, with opportunities to grow new business in a fun, innovative environment.
