As the Brand Manager for CLIF in the MEU region, you will be instrumental in driving market expansion, brand growth,equitydevelopmentand strategic execution across Europe. This roleis responsible forexecutingbrand management of CLIF, ensuring consistent brand presence, effective campaign deployment,market-leading eventactivationsand adherence to brand guidelines across diverse markets. You will oversee budget execution, lead critical brand activations,inform sponsorshipstrategyand ensure the CLIF brand thrives within its expansionterritories.

How you will contribute

Market Expansion & Strategy:

1. Execute CLIF's market expansion strategy, collaborating closely withBU and distributor partnerstodeploy strategic prioritiesandaccelerate growth.

2. Develop and implement core market expansion initiatives and campaign deployment plans across multiple markets, including multi-market consumer promotions

Brand Stewardship & Guidelines:

3. Act as the custodian of CLIF brand guidelines for the MEU region, ensuring all marketing activities, communications, and partner executions strictly adhere to brand standards and visual identity.

4. Lead the creation and adaptation of all brand assets for each market, ensuring they align with key visual (KV) guidelines and brand guardrails.

5. Ownthe execution toolkit, ensuring BU and distributor partners have tools for will partner with Senior Brand Activation Manager to build winning customer plans

Budget Management:

6. Manage and execute the A&C budget for the CLIF brand in MEU, ensuring efficient allocation andoptimalreturn on investment.

7. Manage andallocatetrade marketing budgets per market, with a primary focus on Below-the-Line (BTL) activities and customer marketing initiatives,collaborating with BU onplans and opportunities.

8. Provide input into the annual planning process to ensuresufficiencyand efficiency of customer marketing plans.

Brand Activation & Sponsorships:

9. Lead the activation and execution of strategic sponsorships and events, including high-profile partnerships such as the TCS London Marathon and BMW Berlin-Marathon, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

10. Lead assessmentand recommendationof new sponsorship opportunities anddevelop sponsorship roadmap across Vision 2030

Campaign Deployment & Performance:

11. Oversee the implementation ofbrandstrategies intomarkets, influencing the development of distribution/channel/customer plans and execution of shelf space and category management activities.

Reporting & Tracking:

12. Lead monthly data analysis and market share tracking for the cross-functional, multi-market CLIF team.

13. Monitor and propose action plans to ensure price/promo competitiveness and successful new product launches (PPAlaunch).

14. Stakeholder & Distributor Collaboration:

15. Support BU withdistributorand retailer engagement,fostering strong workingrelationshipsand ensuring effective communication.

16. Lead creation of Sales & Marketing Activation Plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

17. Act as a key project team member for various marketing and commercial initiatives.

18. Collaborate closely with theBUteam to provideaccurateforecast inputs and track performance against established scorecards.

What you will bring

19. Bachelor's degreeorequivelentin Marketing, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.

20. Proven experience in brand management, sponsorship and events and/ortrade marketing, ideally within relevant industry,, FMCG, CPG. Snack bar/functional nutrition experience highly favorable.

21. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive in-market execution through distributors and/or retailers.

22. Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

23. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

24. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams.

25. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
