Job Overview
You are experienced within the industry with an in depth knowledge of what the job is about. You have experience in Cellar Management & Line Cleaning, and preferably (but not essential a Personal Licence Holder. Knowledge in COSHH and Health & Hygiene procedures. You understand that although contracted, flexibility must be shown during staff sickness, holidays and times such as Festive Periods.

Duties/Requirements
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
* Possess a Driving Licence.
* Preferably hold a Personal Licence (although free personal licence training can be given).
* Have experience within the hospitality industry.
* Experience in Cellar Management & Stock Control including Line Cleaning.
* Manage a small number of staff, and train new staff on bar procedures, drink preparation, and customer service standards.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
* Accurately manage, account and bank weekly cash flow.
* Prepare Brewery Orders and collect weekly Cash & Carry requirements.
* Deal with outside contractors as and when required.
* Be able to follow and manage COSHH & Health & Hygiene procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
