* About the Role:
* We are seeking an experienced and proactive Housing Management Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Affordable Housing team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our Property Manager in managing the administration of our customer portal.
* Your Key Responsibilities:

o Assist the Property Manager in managing the administration of the customer portal.
o Responding to housing management queries.
o Ensuring high-quality responses are provided to customers and our systems are kept fully updated.
o Manage the incoming repair cases logged on the system.
o Lead on the review of cases and raising of repairs for rented properties, alongside the Property Managers.
o Manage the void process, including advertising properties, arranging void inspections, attending move-out/move-in appointments, and settling new customers into their homes, ensuring they are provided with all relevant information.
o Communicate clearly and effectively with residents, managing digital customer contact.
o Support with providing data for clients' KPI reports and other reports as stipulated in the contract or requested by the client.
o Develop positive and effective relationships with individual residents, the client, and other stakeholders.
Requirements: We are looking for an individual who can perform a whole range of housing management and administrative tasks. You should be able to work proactively under your own initiative and possess good customer service skills and the ability to work within an ever-changing environment. Experience of Affordable Housing in a lettings and property management role is essential.
