A rare opportunity to support a senior leader at the forefront of a fast‑scaling tech, media and creative business shaping the future of their industry. This is not a traditional EA role. You will operate as a true right hand – helping drive priorities, optimise time, and keep pace in a high‑energy, ideas‑driven environment where no two days look the same.
The Role
* Acting as an extension of a senior leader – managing diary, inbox and shifting priorities with precision
* Owning time strategy, ensuring focus is aligned to high‑impact work
* Driving projects forward proactively, not just coordinating
* Acting as a central connector across teams, ensuring clarity and momentum
* Supporting high‑profile events, travel and external engagements
* Operating with autonomy, judgement and pace in a dynamic setting
The Environment
* Fast‑paced, entrepreneurial and constantly evolving
* Deeply embedded in media, creators, culture and emerging tech
* Collaborative, informal and highly ambitious
* Office‑based in central London, with international exposure over time
The Individual

* Naturally organised but commercially aware and forward‑thinking
* Deep interest in media, culture, trends and the creator landscape
* Comfortable operating at pace, with energy, resilience and sound judgement
* Confident communicator with strong EQ and a collaborative mindset
* Curious, adaptable and excited by innovation, including AI
Background
* Experience within tech, media, creative, PR, talent, or high‑growth environments
* Could suit a high‑potential EA early in their career or a more experienced Business Partner
* Exposure to fast‑moving or founder‑led businesses is advantageous
