You will be trained and supported to gradually take on the following responsibilities: Exam Officer Duties ● Registering students for internal mock exams and workshops ● Managing and updating timetables, exam lists, and student records ● Supporting exam setup, invigilation coordination, and logistics ● Communicating exam details and results to parents and students ● Ensuring data accuracy across internal systems Business Administration Duties ● Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries professionally ● Supporting day-to-day administrative operations ● Updating and maintaining internal databases ● Preparing documents, schedules, and reports ● Following up with customers for outstanding information or payments ● Assisting with workshop and event organisation ● Learning and supporting our internal systems for bookings and student management
