Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 - Based in Sale Office (Part-time considered!)

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, Sales team and Investor Relations team to support the smooth running of the platform to ensure a seamless client experience.
Your role will be super varied from issuing memorandums of sale to preparing sales packs to supporting webinars and events... no two days will be the same!!
Not got loads of property experience? No problem! You'll be working with a supportive, close knit team who will progress, train and mentor you to kickstart your career and progress upwards.
Here's an idea of what you'll be doing...
* Uploading & managing property listings
* Preparing sales packs & marketing materials
* Keeping the CRM squeaky clean with notes and activity
* Issuing and chasing documentation
* Responding to enquiries
* Supporting with events & webinar administration
What you'll bring to the table...
* An upbeat, positive and helpful personality with a desire to learn
* Highly organised with laser sharp attention to detail
* Property experience highly desirable but not essential (if no experience, a genuine interest in the sector!)
* Proactive & reliable
* Able to be based from the office in Sale
