Finance & Xero Support - Part-Time (Chelsea)
£15-£22 per hour | Immediate Start | 10+ hours per week
We're looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to provide essential short-term support to our client during a period of team restructuring.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident with Xero and able to take ownership of day-to-day financial processes and backlog management.
The Role
You'll be stepping in to help manage and clear a backlog while the business reviews its finance team structure. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and updating invoices, including direct invoicing and reconciliation in Xero.
Posting payments into Xero
Updating and maintaining the debtors report and supporting debt management activity.
Ensuring all transactions and postings are accurate and up to date.This is a project-based position - the initial focus is clearing the backlog, but ongoing weekly support will be needed as the company reorganises.
About You
Proven experience with Xero is essential.
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing reconciliations and debt reporting.
Able to work independently and hit the ground running.
Comfortable handling confidential data and liaising with internal teams.Details

Rate: £15-£22 per hour, depending on experience
