Researching potential candidates, finding innovative ways of sourcing information – you will be conducting methodical and meticulous searches Interviewing candidates to understand their experience, skills and career aspirations and selling roles or opportunities Researching companies and industry trends to decipher potential clients to pitch our services Engage with C-Suite & Business Owners of clients and potential clients to generate new roles and establish yourself as a market leader within your industry Managing processes with multiple candidates, ensuring you maintain a high standard of work and service levels Meeting clients and candidates in virtual environments – not being afraid to get on the phone! If you are successful in generating new business and target revenue, travel to the US is a strong possibility Attributes we look for?
