We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedEngineering Managerto lead one of our clients engineering teams in delivering innovative solutions across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities combined with extensive technical expertise in systems engineering, design, and product development. Responsibilities
1. Manage and motivate all team members and ensure they are supported and work in partnership to deliver engineering KPIs that contribute to business KPI's.
2. Aid in the recruitment, retention and staff development processes to ensure the engineering team has the correct resources at all times.
3. To prioritise and manage the engineering workload / activities for the site and delegate duties to subordinates for best efficiency.
4. Ensure all plant, equipment and systems are maintained with suitable and sufficient protection as defined by legislation.
5. To detect and rectify any issues in a timely manner, which affects the performance / safety of plant or equipment.
