Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager – Mid‑Senior level

Through our innovative digital CRM & loyalty program we are looking to recruit a Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
* Lead the CRM team to define the CRM strategy, plans, and KPIs (x1 direct report).
* Play an integral role in the creation and delivery of the reward programme.
* Be responsible for the development and delivery of the customer growth plan.
* Be accountable for the customer contact strategy to meet our commercial objectives, using and growing the customer database.
* Deliver the contact strategy across all channels including email, push notifications, on‑site personalisation and other digital channels.
* Drive the development of omni‑channel multi‑device CRM capabilities to maximise actionable customer data.
* Improve data collection across the Mamas & Papas ecosystem.
* Deliver and present regular analysis and KPI reporting to drive continuous improvements.
* Work closely with stakeholders to present the contribution of CRM to overall sales.
* Leverage Dotdigital, Dynamic Yield and other technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
