About the role
We wouldn’t be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members—who keep our business running, our vans delivering, our customers’ products picked and packed, and our proprietary technology operating at optimum levels. Both behind the scenes within the warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience, we now have an opportunity for a Workforce Planning Program Manager to join the team.
This role exists to drive complex business change projects across workforce planning and network capacity, ensuring Ocado Logistics is set up for success in its next phase of growth and evolution. You will lead from the front as a subject matter expert, working closely with a range of stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to be in our Hatfield office 2 days per week to collaborate with colleagues.
You will be – Skills and responsibilities
* As a Workforce Planning Program Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of workforce planning and network capacity projects to meet business objectives.
* Use your advanced analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL) to derive insights from data and drive informed decisions.
* Develop business cases for change, including detailed analysis, implementation planning, and clear roadmaps.
* Engage and influence stakeholders across Ocado Logistics, Retail, and Technology to deliver successful outcomes.
* Manage project budgets, risks, and governance to ensure delivery is on time and aligned with strategy.
About you – Requirements to be considered
* You will be an experienced Workforce Planning Program Manager with proven expertise in workforce planning and/or network capacity management.
* Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with SQL.
* Skilled in developing business requirements from multiple data sources and translating these into action.
* Confident in delivering presentations, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement.
* Experience influencing stakeholders and managing change in a complex environment.

Interview Process
The interview process will consist of 2 or 3 stages, conducted online, with the potential for an in-person meeting at our Hatfield office. You will have the opportunity to meet senior leadership across the department to discuss:
