We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, checking in our gym and racquet members.
* Dealing incoming calls and emails, answering queries and ensuring messages are passed to appropriate members of the team.
* Selling drinks and snacks to our members and performing regular stock takes.
* Making gym and court bookings using Team Up and Clubspark software.
* Assisting our members with the hiring of equipment.
* Maintain online records, using SharePoint, Microsoft.
* Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Assisting the Admin and Management team with given tasks
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
* Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Previous reception experience is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
* Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.

You must:
* Be over 18
* Hold a current driving licence (we are not on a regular bus route)
* Be comfortable working alone
* Have keyholder experience as you may be required to unlock and lock the building and set the alarm
* Be flexible and happy to cover other shifts when members of the team are on holiday

Saturdays am and Sundays am
