The Best Connection are currently seeking a reliable Van Driver (Cat B) to join our client based in Eastbourne. This role involves delivering and collecting goods from residential properties, so good customer service skills and a professional approach are essential. This role is a hybrid role split between Eastbourne and Newhaven.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out deliveries and collections to residential addresses.
* Loading and unloading the vehicle, including heavy lifting of goods.
* Ensuring items are collected delivered safely and securely.
* Carrying out pre and post-vehicle checks.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Loading and unloading the vehicle in and out of the warehouse.
Requirements:
* A valid UK Category B driving licence.
* Previous multi-drop or delivery experience is required.
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting.
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
