What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who leads with heart and curiosity. This role will be based at our flagship restaurant, Jikoni in Marylebone.

* Experience: At least 2+ years' experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous.

Key responsibilities
* Assist the Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service.
* Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
