Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include:
3. Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
4. Monitor customer accounts and assess creditworthiness to minimise financial risk.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding credit policies.
7. Prepare and analyse reports on credit performance and overdue accounts.
8. Support the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks related to credit control.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in credit management.
10. Proactively identify process improvements to enhance credit control efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or a related Accounting & Finance role.
12. Strong knowledge of credit management practices.
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
