Located in the former BBC headquarters in West London, White City House features 1960s-style interiors, a state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool and bar. The club features a screening room, a Cecconi's Northern Italian restaurant, our Japanese restaurant Pen Yen with cabaret performances, plus daily music and event programming. In addition, we have 45 bedrooms housed within the original Grade-II listed Helios building.
The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our West London team at White City (W12 7FR ). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards
What we are looking for...
1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Sense of urgency
Yes, yes, yes mentality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
