Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary:

This Human Resources Business Partner will play a vital part in delivering HR services to support the achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in best HR practices, employee relations, and people management strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
1. HR Support: Assist with the onboarding process, probation reviews, and performance appraisals to ensure employees feel welcomed, informed, and supported in their roles.
2. Talent Strategies: Collaborate with operational managers to drive the achievement of business goals by developing and retaining a high-performing workforce.
3. Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are effectively implemented across the business, maintaining consistency and compliance.
4. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including dismissals, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
5. Organisational Change: Support organisational changes, such as TUPE transfers, restructures, or mergers, to maintain engagement and morale throughout the transition.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 Qualification: Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience and a solid grounding in best HR practices, employee relations, and people management strategies.
* Generalist HR Knowledge: Bring comprehensive generalist HR knowledge, including experience across core HR areas, employee relations, performance management, absence management, and policy development.
* HR Systems & Microsoft Office: Be comfortable using HR platforms and have intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage reports, data, and presentations with ease.
* UK Employment Law: Stay current with UK employment law and understand how to apply it practically and compliantly in the workplace.
* Communication & Presentation Skills: Deliver complex messages clearly, advising senior stakeholders, coaching line managers, or leading presentations.
* Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships at all levels, being approachable, dependable, and proactive in spotting opportunities and driving HR solutions forward.
