* Provide engineering support to the Commercial team
* Communicate and discuss complete specifications to Engineering & Manufacturing departments
* Understand key customers' products and services
* Communicate with Commercial & Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations
* Prepare quote package including drawings, cost estimates and any other required documentation
* Keep informed of supplier pricing, products, and services
* Drive the correct IDEX initiative of 80/20 qualification of opportunities as appropriate.
* Respond to customers and co-workers in a timely and professional manner.
* Actively participates in all customer support programs including development projects.
* Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
* Support company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Communicate company and product values to prospective customers via formal and informal presentations, meetings and communications.
* Research, document and report industry trends, purchasing history and buying trends related to assigned accounts.
* Maintain accurate and timely activity reports.
* Participate in assigned meetings, selling events, special training programs.
