2. Salary: £34,255 – £40,885 (OTE £45,685) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities in this Vehicle Technician role:
9. Servicing & Diagnostics: Perform repairs and diagnose both mechanical and electrical issues.
10. First-Time Fix: Solve problems quickly and efficiently, keeping customer satisfaction high.
11. Vehicle Health Checks: Work closely with the service reception and ensure quality care.
12. Warranty and Recalls: Handle these processes with precision and professionalism.
13. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
14. Use of Garage IT Equipment: Competency in using the latest diagnostic tools and equipment.
About You:
15. Fully Qualified: You’ll need a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification or equivalent (or substantial experience in the role).
16. Experienced: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance and repairs.
17. Proactive: A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
18. Local or Willing to Commute: Ideally based in or near Crawley, or able to travel to the area.
