What we offer you
We offer a very generous holiday (PTO) allowance, trusting you to take vacation time that suits your personal life, alongside flexible working hours that empower you to work when it best fits you and your team. We provide MacBooks to all employees and additional support for fully remote workers to set up their home offices.
Our exceptional Time Away Policy includes 26 weeks of fully paid leave for birthing parents, 13 weeks for non-birthing parents, and extended leave for adoption, IVF, surrogacy, elective egg freezing, and women's health needs such as menopause, menstruation, endometriosis, and PCOS.
Our trusting, flexible, remote-first way of working means that work can fit around your life, rather than your life fitting around work.

About the role
If you’re finishing, or have finished your degree and wondering how to start a career in the tech world, this role is for you. This role is initially a 6 month fixed term Internship contract. Upon successful completion, there is the opportunity for a further extension of 12 months, followed by a permanent role.
At The Adaptavist Group, we help companies work smarter using digital tools like Monday.com, Miro, Notion, Grammarly/Coda, and Asana. As an Associate Consultant, you’ll join a team that helps our clients make the most of these tools to collaborate better, stay organised, and achieve their goals.
You don’t need to be a tech expert — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll get hands-on experience, mentorship, and real projects to work on from day one- with a plan to grow and develop your career further as a seasoned consultant at The Adaptavist Group.
What you'll be doing
* Learn on the job. You’ll get training on how our tools work and how businesses use them.
* Support real projects. Work with experienced consultants to understand what clients need and help design creative solutions.
* Help out in client sessions. Take notes, prepare materials, and help run demos and workshops.
* Problem-solve. When things don’t go as planned, you’ll help figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.
* Work with different teams. You’ll connect with project managers, engineers, and other consultants to bring projects to life.
* Keep growing. You’ll complete training and certifications that help you build a lasting career in tech.
What we're looking for
You don’t need experience in consulting or technology — just curiosity, energy, and a desire to learn.
You might be a good fit if you:
* Are a recent graduate from any field.
* Enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things work.
* Like working with people and explaining ideas clearly.
* Are organised and good at following through on tasks.
* Are open to feedback and enjoy learning new skills.
* Communicate well — both in person and online.
