We work closely alongside our Welfare Benefit Officers and Tenancy Support Officers, supporting colleagues and customers across the whole geography of our business. We support with grant payments to customers and are a vital point of contact for the DWP, so a basic knowledge of Universal Credit and Housing Benefit would be good, but not essential.
As you will work closely with numerous teams around Abri you should have great IT and people skills to support colleagues and customers with the administration of our services. You’ll keep accurate customer records to ensure continuity of service through the business.

This means you will work closely with numerous teams around Abri and keep accurate customer records to ensure continuity of service through the business.
