* Support baseline maintenance, change control, and manage outputs with verification and validation.

* Promote and support Learning from Experience (LfE), Lessons Learned (LLs), and collaboration hubs.

You’ll need to have:
* Degree level qualification, HND/HNC.
* Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., CIOB, APM, RICS).
* Relevant experience in large public sector organizations, preferably in Defence or Nuclear sectors.
* Construction experience across the RIBA lifecycle, with decision-making and advisory skills.
* Detailed knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and processes.
* Proven experience managing multiple large packages of work.
* Innovative approach to site operations and safety leadership.
* Experience managing others, including client and contractor interactions.
* Ability to work independently towards project deliverables, following procedures and instructions.
* Clerical and technical support skills.
* Experience in a site-based managerial role or equivalent.
* Experience managing junior team members.
* An entrepreneurial mindset to grow your career.
* Ability to monitor progress and take responsibility for activities and workstreams.
You’ll also have:
* A valid SC/DV security clearance or no potential barriers to gaining clearance.
