Role Information The school is seeking a highly organised, proactive School Administrator to join its central operations team. This is a key frontline role where you will provide essential administrative, organisational, and clerical support across the school. Key responsibilities include: Managing the school’s reception area at designated times, welcoming visitors professionally Providing administrative support to senior leaders, teaching staff, and pastoral teams Maintaining accurate SIMS/Arbor data, student records, attendance updates, and correspondence Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication Supporting admissions, events, school trips, letters, reports, and whole-school documentation Assisting with safeguarding administration including visitor checks and DBS records Preparing resources, printing, filing, and data entry Supporting exam preparation, timetabling, and general office duties during peak periods The successful applicant will be joining a supportive and friendly team where professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
