North London – Hybrid
Up to £85,000 + benefits
We’re working with a premium snacking brand that’s experiencing strong momentum and is now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to lead its UK Grocery growth strategy — with direct ownership of the Tesco account and line management of a small team.
You’ll report directly into the Managing Director and operate as the commercial lead for the brand’s UK business — setting strategy, building annual plans, and driving execution across Grocery, Digital and OOH channels. If you’re looking to step into a senior leadership role with autonomy and future scope, this is the one to watch.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Full responsibility for the Tesco account – JBPs, forecasting, P&L, promo planning, and growth delivery
 * Lead and coach a team of 2 National Account Managers and 1 Account Executive
 * Build and deliver the brand’s Grocery growth strategy, working closely with the MD
 * Own the Monthly Business Planning Process and performance reporting across accounts
 * Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Tesco buying, supply chain, and category teams
 * Collaborate with Category & Marketing to bring compelling insights and brand activations to life
 * Maximise in-store visibility and seasonal campaign execution
 * Influence customer systems and processes to enhance availability, compliance, and promotion impact
 * Partner with the field sales team to drive local activation across Grocery estate
Qualifications:
 * Senior NAM or existing SNAM with strong Grocery retail experience – Tesco knowledge highly preferred
 * Strong commercial track record across JBPs, P&L management, and team leadership
 * Results‑oriented and confident managing complex negotiations
 * Analytical and data‑savvy, with a focus on insight‑led growth
 * Personable and collaborative – able to build trust with buyers and internal teams
 * Agile, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment
 * Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
