This role is ideal for a senior travel industry professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading diverse teams, and is passionate about growth and innovation in leisure travel.Head of Retail & Travel Operations Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a small in-house call centre and admin team to achieve and exceed sales targetsDevelop and execute marketing strategies across digital and traditional platformsOversee website management and content for multiple travel brandsExpand and support a national network of homeworkers, including recruitment, onboarding, and trainingManage key financial functions including budgeting, invoicing, and commission paymentsIdentify and launch new product opportunities, with a focus on high-margin offerings such as cruise and long-haul travelCollaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to drive commercial performanceHead of Retail & Travel Operations Skills and Experience:Strong experience in retail travel management, or call centre, or homeworking environmentsProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teamsCommercially driven with a strong track record in achieving sales and growth targetsExcellent understanding of leisure travel products and customer expectationsConfident managing financial operations and performance reportingCreative thinker with experience in marketing, digital engagement, and customer acquisitionHead of Retail & Travel Operations Additional Info:£50,000- £60,000 per yearPerformance-related bonusTravel industry perks and holiday concessionsOffice based in Yorkshire with flexibilityThe opportunity to shape and grow an already successful business
