Here at XPO, were looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Shift Manager to join us on our Night shift for our Arla (dairy) contract based in Hatfield. Youll need some flexibility to work across our operating hours; on a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour day shift basis. Youll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective running of our transport function.
Pay, benefits and more:

What youll do on a typical day:
1. Carry out day-to-day driver planning, focusing on resource optimisation, using both XPO and agency colleagues
2. Ensure that all drivers are compliant with EU and working time directive regulations and that any accidents/incidents are investigated in a timely manner
