We are currently seeking to recruit a Administrator who will be responsible for providing administration support across the business.
Responsibilities
* General administrative duties to support the business, including but not limited to:
* Raising purchase orders
* Booking travel
* Data inputting
* Attending meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are taken and distributed in a timely manner
* Maintaining an accurate training log for all personnel
* Ensuring consignment stock levels are maintained by placing regular orders and replenishing shelves, involving an element of manual handling
* Responsible for the ordering of all PPE across site
* Reception cover as required, to support during holidays and absences
Person Specification
* Previous administration and reception experience
* The ability to adapt to a cross-functional role
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to manage and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to work using own initiative
Hours of work
This position is Monday to Friday working 37.5 Hours per week.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
