Protiviti is seeking driven and enthusiastic graduates for our Autumn 2026 Graduate Consultant intake. We are proud to collaborate with Robert Half as part of our enterprise to find driven and enthusiastic graduates for this programme.
Protiviti offers diverse career paths in consulting. We are looking for motivated Graduate Consultants to work across the following solutions: Internal Audit and Financial Advisory, Business Performance Improvement, Risk and Compliance and Technology Consulting. You will engage with a diverse client base, including sectors such as financial services, consumer goods, payments, technology, media & telecommunications, private equity, manufacturing and distribution and hospitality, leisure, and travel.

What Are We Looking For?
Graduates with a minimum 2:2 degree and a grade 5 or above in GCSE English & Maths with a keen interest in consulting. During the recruitment process, we will be assessing you to understand which solution we feel you are best aligned to, so please do tell us as much as you can about yourself in the application form. We will also evaluate your commitment and desire to collaborate with our clients, across a range of sectors.

We are committed to your professional training at Protiviti, so you will be expected to undertake the CFAB qualification with all the dedication required to pass the associated exams over your 2-year training period. This qualification will be integral to your development as a confident consultant. You will have the option to undertake further relevant professional qualifications depending on the area you specialise in and receive constant support during your qualification journey.
