VNA Education is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in supporting our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supplier payment processing - Timesheets, Schedules, Invoices via Xero
* Chasing aged debt and maintaining accurate debtor records
* Processing and issuing credit notes
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns
* Completing bank reconciliations accurately and on time
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
About You
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident with Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes
* Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be distinct advantage
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
