Note: As part of your three month induction period, you’ll be required on-site a few days per week; thereafter office attendance is very flexible/ remote.

What You’ll Deliver
1. Build out new business pipelines to drive year-on-year growth of 15–20%
2. Proactively find, engage, and win new clients; identify market segments and lead generation channels
3. Lead outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, personalised cold email, events, etc.) to senior stakeholders (MDs, CEOs)
4. Own the end-to-end sales process for new business—from discovery, proposal, negotiation through to close
5. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to sharpen strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans
