About The Role
We are looking for a Membership Development Coordinator to support the organisation’s membership function, which serves around 28,000 members globally. It sits within the Membership Development team and helps drive membership growth by supporting recruitment and retention activities.
The position is primarily administrative and coordination-focused, working across key areas including the Member Eligibility Panel (MEAP), Fellowship applications, and account management. Responsibilities include managing application processes, coordinating documentation and communications, maintaining accurate data in systems, and supporting reporting and operational tasks.
The role also contributes to the rollout of new membership categories, including international offerings, while ensuring processes run efficiently and comply with internal standards.
