Prior Products Ltd have an exciting opportunity to join as a Window and Door Order Processor for a leading window and door manufacturer.
The business has been operating for over 37 successful years, building a great reputation within the industry and local area for their quality and service.
The right candidate for this role will have current/recent experience order processing upvc window and door products using industry specific software such as windows designer, evolution, business micros etc.
Role responsibilities:
* Reading and interpreting technical surveys to be processed for manufacturing
* Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone or email
* Placing orders using the companies fenestration processing software
* Gathering information for quotes for jobs
* Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
* Assist with admin duties as required
* Provide excellent customer service
The candidates' skills & experience:
* Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
* Have experience using window software such as, 1

Degree Window Designer or simular
* Be able to manage own workload and work towards deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Be reliable and punctual
* Must currently reside in the UK
