Our Strategy Teams are fundamental to driving the business forward and solving problems with our customers. As a Strategy Analyst, you will help shape the company’s future through data analysis and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
* Finding innovative ways to attract new customers and ensuring our products meet their needs.
* Providing support and tools to help customers manage finances and protect against fraud.
* Creating marketing strategies that deliver the right messages in the right places.
* Striking the right balance in lending and managing business risk.

* A high aptitude for maths and creative problem‑solving to develop suitable recommendations.
* Judgement in decision‑making and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Recruitment Process

2. One‑way video interview.
3. Case study interview with a current Strategy Analyst.
4. In‑person assessment day: group activity, case study and individual interview.

Where and how you'll work
This permanent position is based at our Nottingham office. We offer a hybrid model: three days a week in the office (Tues‑Wed‑Thu) and flexibility to work from home.
