Salary: £26,000 + Car Allowance
Are you currently a Property Manager or work within property or facilities management as an assistant/administrator looking to join one of the UK’s leading and most progressive property consultancies?
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our client's Residential team, delivering tailored, high-quality management services to a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates.
Responsibilities
* Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular site inspections, prepare detailed reports, and ensure properties are well-maintained.
* Finance: Manage budgets, oversee client accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Insurance: Administer building and Directors & Officers insurance, ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
* Meetings: Organise and attend EGMs, AGMs, Directors, and Residents meetings, providing professional advice and support.
* Correspondence & Administration: Handle all client and leaseholder communications efficiently and professionally.
* Lease Compliance: Address breaches of lease agreements promptly and effectively.
* Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors to oversee works, ensuring high standards and value for money.
