We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead the development and execution of our digital acquisition and retention strategy. You will own performance across paid channels, CRO/site optimisation, and eCRM – ensuring Snap Finance continues to scale efficiently and effectively. Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working Hours: Monday – Friday - 37.5 hours a week. Salary: £competitive Your key responsibilities will include: Strategy & Planning Define and execute the performance marketing strategy across paid channels (PPC, paid social, display, affiliates, and programmatic). Develop a full-funnel, data-led digital marketing plan aligned to acquisition and retention growth targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Credit, Tech, and Compliance) to ensure alignment with wider business objectives. Performance & Optimisation Own digital KPIs including CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lifetime value. Lead ongoing CRO and site optimisation initiatives, using A/B testing and analytics to improve user journey and application flow. Oversee and evolve the eCRM strategy, ensuring effective lifecycle communications that drive engagement and repeat usage. Leadership & Execution Manage and mentor a small but high-performing in-house team and agency partners. Build scalable campaign frameworks and continuously test, learn, and optimise. Report on performance to senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights. A clear understanding how to operate in a regulated business, understanding that good customer outcomes matter. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a senior digital/performance marketing role, ideally within financial services, fintech, or eCommerce. Deep expertise across key acquisition channels: Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, and programmatic. App and push channel strategies are desirable Hands-on experience with CRO and site optimisation using tools like GA4, Crazy Egg, Hotjar, or similar. Solid background in eCRM and lifecycle marketing (hubspot knowledge desirable) Highly analytical with a data-first mindset – you can interrogate data, spot trends, and drive decision-making. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasting performance.
