About Waythrough
Waythrough was formed in 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Together, we’ve created one of the largest mental health and social support charities in England.
Every year, we support around 125,000 people through nearly 200 services – and it’s all made possible by our 3,500 brilliant staff and volunteers.

What’sthe placement about?
Our website was relaunched at the end of 2024, and nowwe’reready to take it to the next level.We’relooking for someone with fresh ideas and digital skills to support us with:
1. Reviewing and enhancing the young people’s area of our website
2. Exploring the development of an interactive, student-focused game that looks at county lines and the impact of decisions around alcohol or other drug use, helping young people understand real-life risks in an engaging way
3. Making sure everything we create is non-judgemental, inclusive, and anti-stigma
There’salso the chance to get involved in contentcreation, ifthat’ssomethingyou’reinterested in – from writing and graphics to video and social media.
