We're looking for a confident, proactive administrator to play a key role in maintaining our quality systems. You'll be at the heart of the business, acting as a central point of coordination and working closely with teams across the organisation to keep processes and documentation accurate, well‑controlled and continually improving.
Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining the organisation's quality management documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, well‑structured and clearly presented
* Controlling document versions, metadata, templates and formatting to meet internal standards
* Creating and maintaining guidance manuals that explain how systems are managed and governed
* Updating, adding and removing content in line with requests from content owners
* Monitoring document usage and feedback to drive improvements
* Supporting system issues by raising and tracking IT support tickets
* Promoting the importance of quality, governance and good documentation across the business
* Preparing a monthly summary of system changes for visibility and communication
* Using internal communication channels to raise awareness and encourage engagement
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs (grades A–C / 9–4) including Maths and English
* Experience in an administrative, coordination or operational support role
* Strong document management, record‑keeping and proofreading skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and engaging with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders
* Proactive, organised and detail‑focused
* Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Proficient in Microsoft 365
Desirable Qualifications
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data
