Job Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships within a fast-paced marketing environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing workflows, can translate strategy into execution, and excels at client communication and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal marketing teams
* Manage multiple marketing accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
* Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing initiatives
* Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
* Track KPIs, prepare reports, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
* Ensure client retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
* Collaborate closely with project managers, strategists, and media buyers
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success professional in a marketing agency or marketing-driven company
* Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (paid ads, SEO, funnels, analytics)
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results
* Experience working with CRMs, project management tools, and reporting dashboards
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
* Client-facing mindset with strong relationship-building skills
