Job purpose
A Graduate in the South London Commercial Property Management Department, working alongside Property Managers to support the efficient day-to-day management of properties.
Role Dimensions
* Inputting and amending records in the property management database, Qube.
* Ensuring utility and business rate accounts are correctly named and dated.
* Assisting with building Service Charge Budget Booklets and data compilation.
* Managing lease events diary and liaising with SHW departments.
* Obtaining quotations from contractors and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicating with clients, tenants, contractors, and staff.
* Monitoring workload during Property Managers’ absences.
* Handling building issues and issuing work orders.
* Verifying and coding invoices.
* Updating the Property Management Database (Qube).
* Assisting with Health & Safety tasks and inspections.
* Supporting tenant debt management and utility recharging.
* Investigating leasehold/freehold queries.
Communications & working relationships
Internal
* Property Management departments, Accounts, Facilities Managers, and other SHW departments.
External
* Clients, tenants, accountants, site staff, insurance brokers.
Key performance indicators
* Building relationships with tenants, clients, and colleagues.
* Ensuring prompt work turnaround and high-quality outputs.
Person specification
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
* Confident telephone manner.
* Good IT skills, including Excel.
* Understanding of tenant communication regarding debt issues.
* Team player with good relationship skills.
