Purpose
Are you passionate about helping young people shape their futures? Do you have experience in careers guidance, mentoring or other roles supporting young people and a commitment to making a difference?
We are looking for a dedicated Advisor to join our caring and committed team, working across secondary schools and in the community across the borough of Havering. You’ll play a vital role in supporting students to explore their options, make informed decisions, and achieve excellent outcomes.

1. Qualified professionals (Level 6 in Careers Information, Advice and Guidance)
2. Experienced individuals who are passionate about careers work – for the right candidate, we can support you to gain the Level 6 qualification

4. Team: Supportive, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for young people
5. Role: Providing one-to-one and group careers guidance, supporting transitions, and contributing to whole-school careers programmes
