The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensure supported accommodation services are securely managed
* Ensure all Service users, colleagues, visitors and contractors always feel safe and secure
* Regularly monitor CCTV systems
* Patrol different accommodations at regular intervals
* Challenge behaviour of service users in a person-centered way by negotiating and influencing them to make the right decisions
* De-escalate any ASB situations by working holistically and in a person-centered way
* Ensure the company’s tenancy and house rules are adhered to and ensure services are managed in a consistent way
* Ensure accurate recording of the night’s activity is kept up-to-date and handed over to day staff correctly
* Act as a first point of contact in the event of emergencies and ensure relevant authorities are contacted
* Ensure all health and safety checks are carried out and that all accommodations are safe
The successful candidate will have:
* Full UK Drivers License
* Enhanced DBS
