Credit Controller - Swansea - Long Contract Your new company A leading organisation which is experiencing a period of growth has expanded orders and is in need of assistance within the finance function, in particular Credit Control. Your new role The role will be reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor and will be completing the following duties: Speaking with customers regarding payments. Discussing payment plans and offering repayment options Issuing statements of accounts Resolving customer queries.
The role will need a level of empathy around payment chasing but, equally have the ability to ensure payments are received and paid on-time. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience of working within credit control and have good communication skills.
