This is an opportunity for a driven and professional Senior Quantity Surveyor from either a main contracting or consultancy background to play a central role in shaping a project of national importance. Role Overview The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee pre- and post-contract management across complex NEC3/4 Option C contracts. This is a senior commercial delivery role, focused on entitlement management, contract administration, and effective supply chain engagement. The position is based in West London, with a hybrid working arrangement and a requirement for regular site attendance.
