The Role
VSID, a thriving SaaS company, is looking for a Technical Support and Customer Success Agent to help onboard clients with our award-winning eSignature and identity verification platform. The role involves developing relationships with customers, updating them on new features, and maximizing upsell opportunities. This position is crucial as we expand and aim to maintain excellent customer service.
Reporting To
National Sales Director & Senior Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Master our onboarding solutions platform and in-house CRM.
2. Demonstrate the platform to prospects, assist with setup, and provide Super User training.
3. Ensure high platform adoption among new and existing customers.
4. Understand customer workflows and advise on best practices.
5. Track customer usage data to identify opportunities and at-risk clients.
6. Highlight technical issues to improve products and user experience.
7. Establish promoters within the customer base for referrals and case studies.
8. Provide basic technical support to clients.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in a similar role, with a technical or sales background, preferably in SaaS.
* Knowledge of the legal or accountancy sector is a plus but not essential.
* Be empathetic, well-spoken, fluent in English, and presentable.
* Be adaptable to varied tasks as the team develops.
