Comprised of two large teams across North Yorkshire with dedicated roles, providing the supervision and support to our approved foster carers. About the Role The successful candidate will join a county fostering service committed to developing excellent practice in line with the Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards. You will need to be committed to developing excellent outcomes for children through creating productive wrking relationships with a wide range of services to support our fostering families. What we’re looking for: · Social Work England Registered professional · A confident practitioner and able to develop our foster carers in meeting children’s needs. · Familiarity with the assessment process for foster carers and that standards that need to be met. · Commitment to seeking excellent outcomes for children through building productive working relationships with a wide range of services to support our fostering families. You will be joining a highly motivated team seeking to deliver high quality foster care in line with the National Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards for both family and friend foster carers and unrelated foster carers.
