About Us The Quilted Bear Ltd is an established online retailer specialising in arts, crafts and hobby supplies, serving customers internationally from our Clevedon warehouse.
The Role We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our friendly team as a Fulfilment Operative during our busy peak season.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick and match orders from multiple ecommerce platforms
* Handle wholesale and bulk orders, including Amazon warehouse shipments
* Pack and process orders accurately and efficiently
* Receive and offload large deliveries
* Organise and maintain warehouse stock
* Assist with stock reordering using basic computer systems
Requirements
* Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg comfortably
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable and detail-oriented approach
* Team player with good work ethic
What We Offer
* Monday to Friday, 9 am-3pm (30 hours per week)
* Some flexibility with hours may be possible
* Additional hours available at the company's discretion

Contract Details This is a 6-month fixed-term contract covering our peak trading period. Performance and business needs will be reviewed at the end of this period, with the possibility of a permanent position.
