This role offers the opportunity to lead and support the delivery of high-quality executive education programmes, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Senior Programme Manager: Key ResponsibilitiesSupport programme leads to implement robust project planning across the portfolio, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely delivery of multiple projectsProvide line management and leadership for the programme management team, including supporting onboarding, professional development, and performance managementCollate and report management information on programme milestones, budgets, resources and risks to inform strategic decisions and governanceCoordinate workloads across the programme team to maintain smooth delivery, anticipate capacity issues, and escalate risks as neededBuild and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the high-quality delivery of executive education programmesManage client and supplier relationships, including venues and service providers, to meet participants’ and clients’ expectationsImplement cost control mechanisms and monitor programme budgets in liaison with finance, ensuring programmes remain within agreed financial parametersCoordinate client and supplier invoicing and payment arrangements to support efficient financial management and transparency.Senior Programme Manager: Skills and ExperienceProven experience in project management, operations, and delivering change in fast-paced environmentsExperience facilitating change using a collaborative and flexible approach to meet multiple deadlinesCustomer-focused, with an understanding of event and programme management requirementsHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong knowledge of systems, data, and process optimisation, including modern office and learning technologiesStrong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and present key data to senior stakeholdersEffective problem-solving skills, with a focus on implementation and continuous improvementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical teamsFlexible and adaptable, willing to work outside standard hours when requiredDemonstrates organisational values, including collaboration, excellence, growth mindset, and solution-oriented working.A salary within range of £41,574 - £49,109 and generous benefits package is offered.How to applyTo apply, please send your CV and cover letter to enquiries@telferpartners.com referencing TP 936.Early applications are preferred.
