Position: Teacher of English
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Commencement: Immediate / After Half Term
Contract: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
* Teach English to students aged 11-18, covering a range of topics including literature, language, and writing skills.
* Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities such as reading clubs, writing competitions, and drama events.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
* Experience in teaching English at secondary level is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A passion for English and the ability to inspire students to achieve their best.
