Job Description
* Manage and oversee the delivery of outsourced services to a portfolio of clients.
* Provide strategic guidance on business services and outsourcing solutions to clients.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs.
* Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Services and Outsourcing Associate Director should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
* Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the sector.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
